Job Title: Salesforce Product Manager

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite 5 days a week)

Project Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Business Operations: Develop a deep understanding of client business operations to generate innovative solutions that meet their needs. Propose new solutions to alleviate operational pain points and run quick Proof of Concept (PoC) projects to demonstrate value.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT) to gather requirements, translate them into actionable user stories and features, and drive collaboration.
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget results.
  • Platform Optimization: Continuously assess and enhance Salesforce functionalities to improve user experience, system performance, and data integrity.
  • Data Governance: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce platform, aligning with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Training & Support: Develop training materials and provide support to end-users to maximize platform adoption, effectiveness, and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Solution Architect, with a focus on Salesforce platforms.
  • Proven track record of leading Salesforce implementations and enhancements in a hybrid work environment.

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
