Job Details
Requirements:
- 8 or more years experience with Salesforce development and solution design.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and advanced declarative configurations.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and external system connectivity.
- Experience in Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment best practices.
- Experience in providing technical leadership and performing code reviews.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce technical best practices and architectural patterns.
- Lead technical discussions and perform comprehensive code reviews.
- Oversee Salesforce integrations with the broader digital ecosystem.
- Mentor and guide junior Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues within the platform.
