Job Details

We are currently looking for a CRM Business Analyst for a direct hire role located in Southern Indiana.  This position is located one hour north of Louisville and would require someone to be in office at least 4 days a week. 

The CRM Business Analyst supports senior sales leadership by analyzing and optimizing sales processes and systems, with a key focus on CRM. This role bridges the gap between Sales and IT, driving process improvements, managing CRM operations, and supporting change initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales processes to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions
  • Maintain and enhance CRM systems; create dashboards, reports, and workflows
  • Gather and document business requirements, support user training and adoption
  • Monitor process performance and recommend improvements using data analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM and data analysis
  • Experience with enterprise CRM systems
  • Strong technical and business acumen
