Description
Creative Submissions Coordinator - 3+ Months, Hybrid Schedule, 30-40 hours a week!
Robert Half, Marketing & Creative is looking for a Creative Submissions Coordinator to bring on for the next 3+ months. Creative Submissions Coordinator will be overseeing submission workflows across multiple clients and processes. Creative Submissions Coordinator will be building and submitting versions (PDFs) for approval. Creative Submissions Coordinator will lead pre-flight meetings and guide teams through each submission process and expectations. Creative Submissions Coordinator will be managing multiple work streams, and annotating URL links and references and submit all creative assets for approval, also ensuring all mandatory documentation is included. Creative Submissions Coordinator will be working within Veeva Vault (Plus) to upload and reference approved creative assets.

- Extreme attention to detail, in reviewing, phrasing and referencing documents, as well as tracking submissions in detail
- Process-driven problem solver, following structured workflows and creating custom solutions, when needed
- Experience working within a PM tool day in and day out
- Insurance, Medical or regulated industry experience a PLUS
