About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven Sales Leader to lead the growth of our Quality Assurance (QA) services and consulting practice. The key objective of this role is to establish and expand strategic relationships with enterprise clients, positioning our QA offerings as critical enablers of their digital and operational excellence.---
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate enterprise accounts and position QA services as a value-driven offering.
Identify and engage key stakeholders (including QA Heads, CIOs, and Engineering Leaders) within target organizations.
Build a strong pipeline of QA consulting and services opportunities across industries.
Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams to create compelling proposals aligned with client needs.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, qualification, presentations, negotiation, and closure.
Stay updated on QA trends (Test Automation, Performance Engineering, Agile Testing, DevOps) to align our offerings with market needs.
Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and client meetings to enhance visibility and thought leadership in the QA space.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise sales within the IT services or QA/Testing domain.
Proven track record of successfully selling QA services and consulting engagements to large enterprise clients.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and value propositions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Prior experience in working with or selling for QA-focused practices or organizations is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to modern QA areas such as Test Automation, Shift-Left Testing, Performance Engineering, and AI/ML in testing.
MBA or equivalent degree is a plus.
