Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Systems Analyst to join our Fortune 50 Healthcare client s Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) team. This role is focused on strategic roadmapping, lifecycle planning, and analysis across a wide range of IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a connector between technology owners, application owners, and leadership helping to assess initiatives, analyze technologies, and guide informed decision-making for future planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with application owners, technology owners, and IT leadership to analyze and prioritize initiatives across the enterprise.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining strategic roadmaps and lifecycle planning for enterprise technology.
  • Conduct analysis across a variety of technologies (operating systems, databases, servers, applications) to understand what exists, when it needs to be updated or replaced, and how to plan for the future.
  • Organize and manage complex information using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Apply knowledge of the SDLC to support IT projects from initiation through completion.
  • Actively engage stakeholders, ask the right questions, and uncover critical information to inform planning.
  • Ensure effective communication and documentation of findings, plans, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate across multiple technology domains and teams within IT.
  • Track and help manage initiatives using basic project management skills.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar IT-facing role.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive conversations with the right people.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, data analysis, reporting, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience supporting IT projects end-to-end.
  • Broad understanding of IT technologies (operating systems, databases, servers, networking).

  • Preferred:
    • Experience with Technology Lifecycle Management
    • Familiarity with ServiceNow and CMDB
    • Exposure to cloud technologies
