Oracle Cloud Sales Executive/Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Oracle Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Oracle Cloud solutions (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and a strong understanding of enterprise applications, especially in finance, supply chain, HCM, or other Oracle product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Oracle Cloud products and services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle offerings.
Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Understand customer needs and pain points and align Oracle solutions accordingly.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM systems.
Stay current with Oracle product updates, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle or Enterprise Software Sales.
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud solutions
Proven success in managing end-to-end sales cycles in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with C-level stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in a consulting or system integrator environment.
Oracle certifications or sales enablement credentials are a plus.
Experience with mid-market and enterprise clients.
