Role: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Plano, TX / Columbus, OH / Indianapolis, IN / Seattle, WA

Duration: 1+ year

Required:

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience developing and designing Salesforce solutions, preferably Sales Cloud.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Process Builder/Flow, and SFDX.
    • SOQL and SOSL.
    • Object-oriented programming (e.g., Java, JavaScript, TypeScript).
    • RESTful API development and integration.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, Bamboo).
  • Experience working in trailblazer URL/profile.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, XP).

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Developer certifications.
  • Experience with API management platforms (e.g., Apigee).
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services, especially serverless architecture (e.g., Lambda, SQS).
  • Strong understanding of both relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., AWS CDK, Terraform).
  • Experience with observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog).
  • Knowledge of security best practices and automated testing frameworks.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate across multiple Salesforce orgs.
  • Bachelor s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
