Position: SuccessFactors Learning Lead Consultant
Duration: 2 days per week through January 2026

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Learning Lead to support a Design Success engagement during the enterprise design phase.

This role is focused on providing expertise and guidance rather than configuration. The consultant will actively participate in workshops with the implementation partner and customer, offering SAP best practices, roadmap perspectives, and recommendations on fit-to-standard processes and key design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and contribute to design workshops alongside the customer and implementation partner.

  • Provide expert SAP insights on roadmap alignment, fit-to-standard adoption, and strategic design decisions.

  • Support the creation of a Design Validation Document capturing:

    • Summary of findings from the design review and validation.

    • In-scope business processes and strategic decisions.

    • Identified project restrictions and applied standards.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Learning (lead-level experience).

  • Proven ability to advise customers on strategic design decisions.

  • Experience participating in enterprise-level design phases and roadmap discussions.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
