Title: Financial Operations Business Analyst ((Only w2 and local candidates))

Job Description Summary:
we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate finance, treasury, and accounting, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The candidate will lead requirements definition sessions ensuring that the team articulates requirements and specifications.
The Business Analyst must have a solid background in financial and accounting systems and processes. It is preferred if the candidate has a technical leaning in their background to assist with business solution flows and mapping.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with experience in accounting system and general accounting and Treasury.
- Strong understanding of trade flow processes, including trade execution, clearing, and settlement.
- Previous experience in financial services or insurance industries preferred.
- Proficiency in business process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex datasets and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CBAP, CTP, or PMP.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, or Tableau).
Required Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
