Must Have:
Bachelor s in CS/Engineering.
8+ years software development (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, JDK 21+).
3+ years as Tech Lead / Senior Engineer (mentoring + leadership).
Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage).
Solid database skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Role:
Lead design & development of scalable microservices.
Set coding standards, review code, and drive best practices.
Hands-on development + mentorship.
Collaborate with product, business, and global teams.
Nice to Have:
Ecommerce / Order Management (IBM Sterling OMS).
Messaging tools (Kafka, Pub/Sub, IBM MQ).
Performance tuning in cloud, Angular/React exposure.
