Job Description:

We are looking for a self-starter Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • 0 to 2 years of experience. 
  • Entry-level IT
  • Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of senior technicians required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required, English Literacy
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or Relevant technical certification or associate degree preferred.
