Data Center Infrastructure Leader
Location: Remote (Candidates based in North America or Europe)
Job Type: Full-Time
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Data Center Infrastructure Expert with a solid background in designing and implementing infrastructure for AI workloads. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in power infrastructure, cooling systems, water supply management, and energy efficiency strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of our data center, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security, all from a remote setting.The responsibilities of the Data Center Infrastructure Specialist are to design and manage the data center's power and cooling infrastructure, oversee water supply for cooling, and implement energy efficiency measures. Optional tasks include managing fire protection systems, monitoring operations, ensuring environmental conditions, exploring modular designs, maintaining operations, and enforcing security and safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 6-10 years of experience in data center infrastructure design and management, specifically for AI workloads.
  • Proven expertise in power and cooling infrastructure, along with a thorough understanding of water supply systems and their role in data centers.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement energy-efficient solutions in large-scale operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively from a remote location
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with fire protection systems, data center monitoring tools, and modular data center designs.
  • Knowledge of operational maintenance routines and safety/security protocols in data centers.
