Sr. Enforcement Representative
Location: 29 Gallatin Pl, Brooklyn, NY 11201
Onsite: Mon-Fri: 8 AM to 5 PM
Rate Range: $27/hour - $28/hour on W2
Long-term Contracts
The Sr. Enforcement representative is responsible for all functions related to the judgment enforcement process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for all functions related to the judgment enforcement process.
- Handle customer service inquiries by phone, email, and mail.
- Make collection calls and follow up with customers regarding outstanding judgments.
- Monitor and update records related to Income Executions (wage garnishments).
- Assist in verifying employment and Social Security data for Income Executions.
- Communicate with New York City Marshals regarding inquiries and the resolution of wage garnishments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the database and in Excel.
- Perform daily support functions such as phone calls, data entry, and staff support.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain accurate and organized records.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel; experience with web-based tools and digital communication.
- Ability to navigate various software systems for data entry and customer support.
- Comfortable achieving goals and targets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
