Pay Range: $23 - $24/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outreach members telephonically (about 30-40 calls a day).
  • Answer incoming calls from members or Client associates.
  • Create Case, Create Tasks, Create Referrals in member s chart in TruCare.
  • Complete screenings in TruCare.
  • Filter Excel Spreadsheet .
  • Utilize Outlook Calendar for daily planning.
  • Document in TruCare .
  • Assist Member is downloading Wellframe App and Onboarding.
  • Educating members on Digital Case Management and Wellframe.
  • Handle 80-100 calls per week (outbound and inbound calls).
  • Complete screenings on all new members .
  • Document all member interactions and outreach in Trucare .
  • Onboard 5-10 members/week to Wellframe.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience .
  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook .
  • Prior Call Center experience.
  • Prior experience in a managed health plan or medical facility.
  • Professional Spoken Communication Skills/customer & admin service skills/ organized .
  • Typing/problem solving skills/team collaboration.
  • Medical/Healthcare Knowledge.
  • High School Diploma/GED .
