Description
We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in Glastonbury, Connecticut. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced systems and technologies to support organizational goals. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate across teams to ensure optimal system performance.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement solutions using Cisco and Citrix technologies to ensure system reliability and scalability.
Manage cloud infrastructure, leveraging AWS and other cloud tools to optimize system performance.
Configure and maintain Active Directory environments for seamless user access and security.
Oversee automation processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Administer Dell EMC and Dell technologies to support hardware and software needs.
Develop backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical data.
Conduct AB testing to evaluate system changes and their impact on user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain operational excellence.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven experience with Cisco and Citrix technologies.
Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, including AWS.
Expertise in Active Directory management and configuration.
Hands-on experience with Dell EMC and Dell hardware solutions.
Familiarity with automation tools and processes.
Ability to design and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Knowledge of AB testing methodologies and system evaluation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
