Job: Microsoft Dynamics Specialist

Location: Raleigh, NC ( Hybrid)

The successful candidate will have deep experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM based business solutions. This position is responsible for planning, designing, development, enhancement, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions/applications

Responsibilities:

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Create and modify views, entities, reports in Dynamics in a Development Environment, test same and publish to Production
• Create and update Dynamics Security Roles in the system and modify as needed.
• Work with DIT staff on tenant level changes.
• Work with DHHS staff on application specific issues encountered.
• Create and modify Power Automate (Flows).
• Support the connection to external applications if applicable
• Ensure integrations have access to Production assets including CDS, PowerApps, Azure, and Exchange/O365.
• Export solutions from Dev environments as managed and import into UAT and Production

Skills Required

Significant knowledge with Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a developer

• Significant knowledge with Business Process Flows (BPFs), Workflows, Forms Customization, Views, and reports
• Significant knowledge with Power Apps and Power Automate for systems integrations
• Experience in solution architecture, web application and/or implementation of CRM solutions including development and administration
• Experience in web resource capabilities within Dynamics CRM
• Dynamics 365 CRM data model with designing, creating, customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including innovative module solutions us
• Setting up and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM with O365 and SharePoint.
• CRM API, web services REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints
• Reporting architecture, SSRS and/or Power BI
• Azure AD and DevOps is preferable
