Job Description:

Apex Systems is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer for a major healthcare company.

6 months contract to hire.

FULLY REMOTE anywhere in the United States.

You must be authorized to work without sponsorship in the United States.

This team provides and supports a Low Code No Code IT platform (M365 Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT) and builds custom solutions that enable efficiency and optimization of business and IT operations. They are making a significant investment in AI solutions and are looking for additional developers who are experienced with Power Platform and AI solution building to build out the first team of AI agents to support the companys internal customers.

The ideal fit has had experience in IT power platforms and has made the leap into AI in the last 12-18 months to help develop an AI solution for their team.

This position will guide the team on engineering the AI platform operations to develop these agents over the next 6+ months.

Technical Skills (one or more of the following skills are desired):

Experience in evaluating and improving Code Quality/Standards

Experience working with and directing third-party Application Developers

Knowledge of Programming Concepts and Software Design

Soft Skills:

Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty

Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Ability to work independently

Demonstrated analytical skills

Demonstrated project management skills

Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure

Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision-making skills

License/Certification:

Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred

Typical Day in the Role:

Participate in the entire SDLC of solution builds for custom AI solutions to support the business

Needs to have:

Bachelors Degree

4-6 years of development experience with heavy emphasis on AI solutions, Cloud, DevOps

12-18 months of Microsoft or other AI Stack (Amazon, Google)

Nice to have:

Healthcare experience

Microsoft Power Platform

Azure Cloud, IAM, Agile

Azure, M365 certifications
