Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Public Sector Partner Marketer to support a key enterprise technology account. This role focuses on executing and optimizing partner and co-marketing initiatives within the public sector, including federal, state, local, NGO, and non-profit organizations. The role is client-facing and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support execution of B2B public sector partner marketing and co-marketing strategies

  • Assist in GTM planning, demand generation, and pipeline growth initiatives

  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing decisions

  • Create and manage content across digital marketing channels (email, social, web)

  • Plan and support marketing events and promotional activities

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and partner marketing effectiveness

  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and executive stakeholders

Required Qualifications
  • 4 8 years of experience in B2B public sector partner marketing, co-marketing, or sales/channel marketing

  • Experience working with public sector clients and partners (federal, state, local, NGO, or non-profit)

  • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline goals and driving revenue growth

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Miro, Qlik)

  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, Trello, Asana, Airtable)

  • Experience nurturing emerging ISV partnerships (AI experience preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with audience and analytics tools (ZoomInfo, Crossbeam, 6Sense, Bombora)

  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and marketing automation strategie

Primary Skill: Marketing Manager (Intermediate 3 5 years)
