Role: Senior Salesforce Developer

Duration: 12 Months

Location: 100 Hancock Street, Quincy, Massachusetts 02171

Work Schedule: Hybrid(1 to 2 day per week onsite)

Job Description:

Required Education:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business or a related field or relevant work experience

Required Certification:

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Certification:

• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System Architect) are a plus

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lighting Components (Aura/LWC) and Salesforce configuration
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security and data models
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, and Salesforce DX)
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, data management, and security settings
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for Salesforce
• Experience on AWS services like Lambda, EKS, Fargate, Batch, Lightsail, WAF, Step Functions
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong problem-solving, communication and leadership skills
