Description:
Seeking a Channel Partner Onboarding Specialist to support the onboarding of ~70 global indirect partners for a medical device division. Role involves process testing, training, and CRM user support.
Responsibilities:
- Train and support partners on service processes via portal and Salesforce (ServiceMax).
- Manage user setup, SSO access, and account configuration.
- Test system functionality and document/report issues.
- Assist with CRM-based service transactions: records, requests, claims, parts, etc.
Requirements:
- 3+ years CRM experience (preferably Salesforce).
- Strong knowledge of B2B service processes (medical tech preferred).
- Excellent verbal/written English skills.
- Experience with testing (test cases, reporting defects).
- Global support and training experience across complex IT setups.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $42.85 per hour.
