Requirement Summary:
We are looking for US Atlanta an Architect level of resource.
Job Summary: Configure, customize, and deploy Leankor solutions integrated with Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and other enterprise applications. This role will drive end-to-end implementation including configuration, development support, testing, and rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and optimize Leankor modules to meet business and project workflow requirements.
- Design and support Leankor Salesforce FSL integration, ensuring seamless data flow across work orders, projects, resources, and schedules.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Leankor with external systems via APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
- Develop functional and technical specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts.
- Work closely with product owners, architects, and business SMEs to refine requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years experience in Leankor configuration and implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, middleware (BOOMI/others), and integration patterns.
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce certification/s.
- Experience with project management tools or similar workflow orchestration platforms.
- Exposure to enterprise rollout and cutover planning.
