Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.

We're looking for a hands-on Security Engineer with a strong background in physical security systems, IT troubleshooting, and light project management. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, industrial environment and enjoys both fieldwork and office-based estimating, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Install and support Lenel S2, Paxton, and other security systems
- Quote and estimate commercial security projects alongside the estimator
- Troubleshoot IT equipment including desktops, laptops, networks, and possibly routers/switches
- Serve as a point of contact for internal IT support
- Occasionally travel to client sites for walkthroughs and quoting
- Collaborate with techs and project teams to ensure smooth execution
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience with Lenel S2, Paxton, and S2 NetBox
- Strong knowledge of cable pulling, punchdowns, fiber optics, Cat5/Cat6
- Familiarity with scissor lift operation
- IT troubleshooting (network, desktop/laptop, basic infrastructure)
- Project quoting and estimation experience
Nice-to-Haves:
- Access control, DAS, video surveillance
- Network or information security experience
- Experience with Digital Watchdog, Milestone Systems
