Job Title: Vice President of Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our global sales efforts within the localization and language services industry. This role is responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies, building high-performance sales teams, and driving client acquisition across key verticals such as technology, media, and more.
The ideal candidate brings deep localization industry knowledge, strong consultative selling skills, and a passion for helping companies expand globally through multilingual content and localized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a global sales strategy focused on enterprise growth, client retention, and revenue expansion in the localization and language services market.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Set and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets across new and existing accounts.
- Enterprise Sales Management: Cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers at global organizations, especially in key verticals like gaming, media, film post-production, AI, and internet platforms such as YouTube.
- Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
- Consultative Selling: Work closely with clients to understand their global content and localization challenges, proposing solutions that align with their international strategy.
- Pipeline Oversight: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and RFP response to contract negotiation and closing.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, operations, language services, and technology teams to ensure alignment across the client journey.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI/MT (Machine Translation), TMS Translation Management Systems, CMS integration Content Management System) to inform sales strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with at least 3 5 years in the localization, translation, or language technology industry.
- Proven track record of selling enterprise localization or global content solutions to Fortune 1000 clients.
- Deep understanding of localization workflows, tools (TMS, CAT Localization & Identification Cascade Detection Transformer, MT), and content globalization.
- Experience with long sales cycles, RFPs, and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce and data-driven sales analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling localization technology or managed services (e.g., SaaS TMS, AI/MT-integrated platforms).
- Background in localization for regulated industries (e.g., media, gaming, studios) is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities and/or cross-cultural experience are a strong advantage.
