As a key player in our Engineering Processing team, you'll be the go-to expert for managing and maintaining location indexing and engineering location data. Your work will directly impact the accuracy of our corporate systems and support teams across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
High School Diploma and equivalent work experience.
Min of 1+ years' experience working in or supporting core Engineering functions or relatable technical environment.
Excellent planning and organization skills, including a solid ability to run multiple tasks and competing priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to translate business requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Established a history of working well in partnership with colleagues to drive positive change.
Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Proven skills in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Ability to research issues, identify problems, and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to identify the internal and external dynamics that impact the organization's work.
Knowledge of processing systems and workflows are a plus.
Additional Details:
This is a non-exempt, office-based position in the Corporate Office in Johnston, RI.
The final role level and salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
Qualified candidates may be considered for three job levels:
Risk Services Processing Specialist I - Min of 1+ years' experience working in or supporting internal core Engineering functions.
Risk Services Processing Specialist II - Min of 2+ years' experience working in or supporting internal core Engineering functions.
Sr.Risk Services Processing Specialist - Min of 3+ years' experience working in or supporting internal core Engineering functions.

- Maintain the integrity of entity information across systems.
- Provide expert support to users interpreting location and entity data.
- Responsible for maintaining and assuring the accuracy and currency of global location information.
- Be a problem-solving resource and a trusted voice on the phone for system users.
- Additionally, will resolve discrepancies and conflicts in location information by actively working with responsible teams and support units. A proven track record of understanding and applying information from the account teams to update location information is essential.
