Job Title: AEM Developer

Location: Austin, TX (100% Onsite from Day 1)

Work Authorization: Open to all valid U.S. work authorizations

Job Overview:



We are seeking a skilled AEM Developer with strong Java backend expertise to join our client's engineering team in Austin, TX. This is a fully onsite role from Day 1 and involves developing and maintaining scalable web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Spring Boot, Webflux, and Spring Security. The role demands strong backend development skills with an emphasis on performance, security, and maintainability.





Key Responsibilities:







Design and develop enterprise web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).





Integrate backend components using Spring Boot, Webflux, and Spring Security.





Collaborate in agile teams with product owners, designers, and other developers.





Ensure high standards in web application security, performance, and code quality.





Support deployments, monitor production, and resolve technical issues.





Maintain technical documentation and adhere to coding standards.









Mandatory Requirements:







Must work onsite in Austin, TX from Day 1 (short delay considered case-by-case).

Technical Skills:



Required:







Core Java / Java J2EE: 5 10 years





Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): 2 5 years





Spring Boot, Spring Security, Webflux: 2 5 years





Web Application Security: 2 5 years







Nice to Have:







HTML/CSS/JavaScript: 2 5 years









Ideal Candidate:







Proven experience delivering AEM-based solutions.





Strong Java backend skills with understanding of microservices and asynchronous processing.





Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web security practices.





Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.





Agile, adaptable, and eager to learn.
