Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, configuration & optimization of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR).
- Build workflows for vulnerability triage, prioritization, remediation, and SLA tracking.
- Develop dashboards/reports for vulnerability KPIs.
- Integrate VR with external scanners/tools, CMDB, SIR, and Threat Intelligence.
- Ensure accurate ingestion, correlation, and lifecycle management of vulnerability data.
- Implement compliance/security controls; support major vulnerability escalations.
- Mentor developers & contribute to Fujitsu ServiceNow IP solutions.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years ServiceNow development (focus on VR & Security Ops).
- Strong JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server skills.
- Experience with CMDB/CI correlation and integrations with scanning tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, CVSS/NIST/MITRE ATT&CK.
- Strong client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Certifications (Preferred/Must):
- ServiceNow CIS Vulnerability Response or Application Developer.
- Experience with Security Operations modules.
- ITIL familiarity.
