*Hybrid in Merrimack, NH*

Our client, a giant public charitable organization backed by a Fortune 500 Fintech company, is seeking a skilled Sr. UX Writer/Content Designer to join their UX team.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $45 - $50 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about making charitable giving easier and more impactful. You will help design digital experiences that motivate donors to maximize their philanthropic efforts. In a fast-paced, collaborative, and data-driven environment, you'll create clear, engaging content for navigation, user flows, and communications tailored to donors, advisors, and associates.

You'll collaborate with designers, researchers, business partners, marketing, and technology teams to create simple, streamlined experiences. With a passion for language and a strong sense of partnership, you'll guide projects from concept to completion, using data and analytics to test, refine, and continuously improve content.

Experience Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in UX writing or content strategy, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing clear, user-focused writing; experience in financial services is a plus.
  • Skilled in collaborating with UX designers, researchers, product owners, and agile teams to create and test content that guides users while reflecting our voice, standards and best practices.
  • Familiar with journey mapping, empathy maps, priority guides, and integrating insights from UX research.
  • Effective communicator who asks the right questions to clarify sophisticated processes and translate them into user-friendly language.
  • Strategic thinker who connects the big picture to detailed, cohesive content across platforms.
  • Proficient in influencing multi-functional teams on content architecture, delivery, and preferred practices.
  • Proven success in delivering high-quality digital experiences across web and mobile through iterative testing and refinement.
  • Understands systems thinking and how tools like CMS platforms and APIs impact content delivery.
  • Comfortable presenting and defending content decisions with executives, legal, and other stakeholders, while remaining open to feedback.


Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
