Technical program manager (MarTech)

We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day execution of Navigator Services projects
In this role, you will manage client support tickets, prioritize tasks, schedule Navigator team availability, and ensure high-quality service delivery
You will also track client subscription usage and coordinate resources across multiple concurrent initiatives - all while maintaining a focus on exceeding client expectations
Own the end-to-end management of client service requests using Jira Service Management
Schedule and assign tasks via Jira, ensuring alignment with project priorities and Navigator team capacity
Track and report time against client subscription plans using Tempo Timesheets
Monitor delivery progress and ensure clients receive timely, high-quality support
Serve as the main point of contact for client escalations, project status updates, and timeline adjustments
Ensure Navigator availability aligns with client needs and planned hours
Collaborate across internal teams to optimize resource allocation and delivery flow
Continuously improve project workflows, communication, and process efficiency
