Job Details
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce FSL solutions tailored to business needs.
- Configure Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories, and Scheduling Policies
- Ability to design scalable, modular, and secure solutions for:
- Shift planning and scheduling
- Vacation polling and balance management
- Canvassing and overtime workflows
- WIM ticket automation
- Integration with CAT, ETS, Infor, Workday, and Slack
- Strong grasp of FSL data models:
- Service Territories
- Service Resources
- Shifts, Operating Hours
- Product Items, Inventory, Work Orders
- Integration Expertise
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, and external system integrations.
- Knowledge of data migration strategies for historical scheduling and technician data.
- Design and implement custom scheduling policies, sweeper rules, and labor rule validations.
- Expertise in Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Apex for automation.
