Job Description

The Apptio System Analyst will take ownership of the platform from an administrative, support, configuration, and integration perspective.

Candidates should be proficient with Apptio specifically, and should be comfortable working both with finance processes and terms as well as IT.

The job will cover the following duties:
-Able to adhere to daily and monthly deliverable SLAs
-Assist with the Investigation and troubleshooting of output variances and technical issues within the Apptio platform
-Collaborate with TBMO team to resolve technical challenges.
-Provide timely and effective data uploads
-Collaborate with TBMO team to design and develop new solutions within the Apptio platform.
-Customize and configure Apptio modules to meet specific business requirements.
-Continuously assess and optimize existing solutions within the Apptio platform
-Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
-Work with an IT technical product owner to define requirements for integration between Apptio and other platforms

What successful candidates bring to the table:
-A bachelor s degree in business information systems, finance, or computer science. -Proficiency with Apptio in creating tables, reports, data models, and datalink connectors -5-10 years industry experience with financial systems and procedures -Working experience in or with IT, such that you can have technical conversations with developers -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel using pivot tables, logic formulas, and functions such as VLOOKUP and data validation -Experience with other financial systems such as SAP, or IT systems like ServiceNow is a huge plus
