Join us as our next Data Integration Engineer! We're seeking one outstanding professional from either Des Moines, IA (preferred) or Sioux Falls, SD, ready to transform how we build, test, and optimize powerful Data & Integration systems.
Why This Role?
- Work directly in the heart of digital transformation: help architect, test, and elevate high-impact data platforms.
- Direct collaboration with API and integration teams, powering the next evolution of business intelligence.
- Be recognized and rewarded for value-driven, future-focused thinking - we want your ideas!
Your Mission:
- Champion rigorous data quality by designing and executing comprehensive test plans.
- Use tools like SQL, SOQL, and Snowflake to ensure robust, reliable datasets across integration platforms.
- Collaborate across technical and business teams: break down silos, explain solutions in clear language, and align stakeholders.
- Proactively identify bugs, spot improvement opportunities, and enhance critical data flows.
- Be part of a fast-paced, supportive culture that rewards initiative, learning, and out-of-the-box thinking.
Your Toolkit:
- Experience with Salesforce: create custom queries, integrate with external systems, and manage objects/data structures smartly.
- Proven Data Modeling chops and a track record building/maintaining modern pipeline architectures.
- Strong background in testing (unit/integration/automation) for enterprise applications.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for solving today's challenges while keeping an eye on tomorrow's opportunities.
You're a Fit If You:
- Love making systems better, not just maintaining status quo.
- See yourself as a Data Champion-solution-minded, impact-driven, and always pushing quality higher.
- Thrive in cross-functional teams and communicate complex tech to non-technical peers with ease.
- Are hungry to grow and innovate, not just "do the job."
