AI Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior AI Engineer to join a high-performing team that s pushing the boundaries of what AI can do in real-world systems. If you re looking for a hands-on role where you can blend AI research with practical engineering to solve meaningful problems this is the role for you.

In this role, you'll spend about 70% of your time on engineering and 30% on building and integrating advanced ML/AI models, primarily using Go, TensorFlow, PostgreSQL, and tools from the Google Cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) such as LLaMA, Mistral, and Falcon on proprietary datasets to improve automation and customer support workflows.
• Design and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of decision-making using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Work with embedding databases (e.g., ChromaDB, FAISS) and graph retrieval tools like Neo4j to improve contextual understanding.
• Optimize and deploy models using tools such as vLLM, TensorRT, and DeepSpeed on cloud/Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Tackle high-impact problems using a combination of mechanistic and statistical approaches.
• Develop predictive models for forecasting, ETA estimation, and anomaly detection in supply and demand.
• Design and optimize logistics simulations and market behavior algorithms to improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to a variety of AI engineering projects and assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML with a focus on real-world deployment.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Strong foundation in optimization algorithms, neural networks, and reinforcement learning.
• Proven experience independently leading and delivering complex AI projects.
• Familiarity with function/path optimization, linear programming, and simulation-based methods.

Advanced degree (MS or PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
