Key Accountabilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and responsive web applications that deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and engineers to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain application code using modern languages and frameworks such as JavaScript (Node, React, Angular), .NET, or Java.
- Leverage cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and container platforms like Docker and Kubernetes to build efficient solutions.
- Ensure compatibility across platforms and browsers through rigorous testing and responsive design practices.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering best practices in coding, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
- Lead initiatives that improve system architecture, performance, and maintainability.
- Explore and innovate with emerging tools, open-source libraries, and technologies to enhance our digital ecosystem.
Education & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field-or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years developing and designing component-based web, mobile, or desktop applications.
- Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles and modern development frameworks (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node).
Preferred:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with multiple programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, or PHP.
