Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supply Chain Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a Support Engineering Manager to lead our Lifecycle Provisioning and Engineering Services team in Seattle, WA.
The team of Product Support Engineers and Techs is responsible for 1) providing provisioning data, training and technical support to airline operators for all commercial and commercial derivative models, and in support of BGS Parts & Distribution Services/Supply Chain and BCA/BGS Sales & Marketing, and 2) providing engineering analysis, data and support for the BGS Component Services Program (CSP). In this role you will work with global teams and interface with numerous key internal stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of provisioning data and training for internal and external customers.
- Lead the engineering support for the Component Services Program.
- Provide oversight and support to engineers and technical analysts supporting the statement of work in the Boeing Engineering & Technology Centers (BETC) in Poland and Ukraine.
- Collaborate with BGS Parts & Distribution Services/Supply Chain, BCA Supply Chain/In Service Supplier Performance, BCA Sales Operations, and other teams to support our customers' needs and meet our commitments.
- Ensure the safety of the employees, products and services are prioritized along with quality and integrity.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and provide developmental opportunities and job assignments to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities. Conduct performance reviews.
- Provide management support to remove roadblocks and support help needed requests from the team to meet customer commitments and expectations.
- Lead the team by setting goals and expectations, clarifying strategy, implementing policies and procedures, and communicating frequently.
- Monitors key performance metrics, schedules and cost to ensure performance to plan.
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and suppliers.
- Provide oversight of technical approaches, products and processes.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of Aerospace Engineering experience.
- Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience:
- Experience in engineering management and oversight of multiple projects and resources.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of product support, aftermarket support, spares engineering and/or provisioning.
