V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Director Content Strategy(Remote) for our premier client.
Education and Experience »
- University (Degree) Preferred.
- Work Experience: 8+ Years Required; 10+ Years Preferred.
Preferred:
- 10+ years of content strategy, management, and UX writing experience.
- Leadership roles in building and managing AI tools for content teams, including developing usage guidelines, principles, and best practices.
- Strong and demonstrated background in content management in an Agile delivery model and a track record of shipping high impact outcomes in a fast-moving and changing environment.
- Experience creating and managing prompt libraries and establishing AI quality tracking systems
- Demonstrated working knowledge of or practice in Figma.
- Successful track record of creative problem-solving across cross-functional partners to drive best-in-class thinking from all parts of the organization while leading all phases of the content workstreams.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to AI governance frameworks and best practices with an openness to partner and collaborate with.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a content stream of work that partners with research, design, legal and compliance, product management, and engineering teams to establish modern, best practices for incorporating AI into content workflows.
- Execute the mission for the team with a radically user-centric and iterative mindset.
- Be a writer, bringing a maker mindset so teams can iterate and experiment collaboratively to challenge the status quo, inspire new thinking, and improve processes for creating future-forward product experiences.
- See the big picture so you can define and advocate for an ambitious content AI vision.
- Create and execute plans that deliver this vision in a scalable way, taking agentic AI into account.
- Advocate for human-centered design, communicating ideas and concepts clearly to audiences of all levels of understanding and seniority.
- Model shared ownership through thoughts, actions, and behaviors.
