Job Description
Documentation Development:
Create, update, and maintain detailed documentation for Amazon Connect and ACGR, including performance metrics, configuration guides, testing procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
Technical Writing:
Translate complex technical concepts and procedures into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to gather information, understand requirements, and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Performance Documentation: Document performance metrics and monitoring strategies for Amazon Connect and ACGR, ensuring that all relevant data is captured and presented effectively.
Configuration Guides:
Develop comprehensive configuration guides for setting up and managing Amazon Connect and ACGR, including step-by-step instructions and best practices.
Testing Procedures:
Create detailed testing procedures and validation plans for Amazon Connect and ACGR, including load testing, functional testing, and failover testing.
Disaster Recovery Plans:
Develop and document disaster recovery plans for Amazon Connect and ACGR, outlining procedures for ensuring business continuity and minimizing downtime during outages.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously review and improve documentation based on feedback from stakeholders and changes in technology or processes.
