Job Description -
Job Title: Oracle EBS Order Management Functional Lead
Location: Santa Barbara, CA (onsite)
Duration: 6+ months
MOI: 3 rounds of interview and it will be Virtual
Domain: E-Commerce
Oracle Certification MUST
Mandatory:
8+ years of Oracle EBS Functional experience with deep hands-on expertise in Order Management (OM/OE).
Strong knowledge of Oracle Workflows and ability to troubleshoot stuck processes and approval logic.
Experience supporting integrations with 3PL/Logistics providers, understanding of order interfaces and fulfillment touchpoints.
Good understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) lifecycle and its interaction with Shipping, AR, and Inventorymodules.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL for data analysis and debugging.
Familiarity with tools like BI Publisher, Oracle Forms/Reports, and debugging order flow logic.
Demonstrated experience working in production support environments with L2/L3 ticket triage and resolution responsibilities.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with global teams in follow-the-sun support model.
Preferred:
Experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.3 or later versions.
Familiarity with multi-language deployments (especially English/Chinese/Japanese).
Exposure to EDI order processing, B2B eCommerce systems, or Retail ERP integration.
ITIL certification or prior experience in structured support frameworks (incident/change/problem management).
