Job Summary

The Core Administrative System Test Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all of the JV Configuration Testing efforts, as to how they relate to the Business Requirements. The Core Administrative Test Coordinator responsibilities will be:

  • Leading the configuration and system testers in writing test case scenarios
  • Assigning testing modules/areas and scenarios to the testing team
  • Designing a test pan for all customer product
  • Meeting all testing completion dates to accommodate customer go-live
  • Working closely with the customer and vendors for testing planning, coordination, execution and sign-off

Years of experience needed

  • Must have at least four years of core system administrative testing experience and least two years of test team lead experience (Javelina testing experience preferred but not required)

Technical Skills:

  • Javelina or HealthPac experience in testing is a plus
  • Detail oriented
  • Testing Plan creation and strategy knowledge
  • Ability to assign testing areas to test team members, track the progress of test cases by functional area and by tester, and the ability to create weekly testing progress reports
  • Knowledge of Health Plan / TPS industry
  • Must be able to speak and write fluently in English.
  • Has professional, reassuring demeanor when addressing problems or issues in front of a customer.
  • Focuses on needs of clients.
