RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager III in Norcross, GA. This role is a 100% Remote, but the manager's first preference is EST.

Duties:
The suitable candidate will be responsible for providing training and enablement to various Mailchimp customer facing teams, such as onboarding, customer success, product support, and sales. They will ensure these teams are fully equipped with all the necessary knowledge and skills to aid customers in the efficient setup of Technology Partner integrations, such as Shopify, Facebook, Google, and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
* Program Manager III will develop and execute training programs for human assistance teams on select technology partner integrations
* Use proof points effectively underpinned by data, to verify and improve our training methodologies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary integration insights and stay abreast with latest trends in technology partner interactions
* Supervise the creation of resource materials, such as user manuals and walkthroughs to support learning outcomes
* Provide direct support and teaching to team members to expand their knowledge on integrations and product offerings
* As a Program Manager III, you will establish and monitor key performance indicators to assure the effectiveness of the training programs
* Pioneer the integration product knowledge management, and be the point person for guidance and support

REQUIREMENTS:
* A minimum 6-8 years of experience (preferably 10 years) in Program Management, Product Marketing Management, Product Education, or Sales Enablement - preferably in the technology sector
* Proven success in developing and implementing scalable training & enablement programs in the tech industry
* Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and organizational skills
* Strong cross-functional collaboration and influential communication abilities
* A customer-focused mindset and a passion for creating quality user experiences
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
