IT Service Delivery Coordinator
Summary
We are seeking an IT Service Delivery Coordinator to manage and support workplace IT services across North America including IT support for end-users and managing hardware lifecycle, collaboration tools, office infrastructure, and Service Desk operations, as well as helping establish best practices, documentation frameworks, and SLAs.
Responsibilities

• Service Delivery:
  • Oversee day-to-day support for devices, collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Intune), and office hardware (e.g., printers, A/V);
  • Ensure service levels and performance targets are met;
  • Contribute to modern workplace initiatives and local IT team efforts.
• Vendor & Asset Management:
  • Coordinate third-party IT service providers;
  • Support IT equipment procurement and inventory management;
  • Maintain documentation of IT assets and processes.
• Projects & Change Management:
  • Lead or assist with IT projects (e.g., office moves, upgrades);
  • Manage service changes to minimize user disruptions;
  • Ensure timely on-budget project delivery and clear communication.
• Governance & Compliance:
  • Provide reports on service metrics and improvements;
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations (e.g., GDPR, GxP);
  • Maintain the Knowledgebase and process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in IT or related field.
• 4+ years in IT coordination, service delivery, and support in Windows O365 environments.
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Ivanti).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Intune, or similar tools.

Preferred

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Vendor coordination experience.
• Knowledge of asset and procurement systems.
