Role: Active Directory Administrator

Job Description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server administration
• Responsible for Advanced Windows System Administration of 2008, 2012,2016, and 2019 servers
• Expertise in Active Directory, including ADFS and Azure AD
• Responsible for day-to-day administration duties, including Windows Active Directory object maintenance.
• Conducts complex troubleshooting and repair tasks on Active Directory, Windows Server 2008-2019,
• Domain Controllers, user authentication, and other operational systems as needed
• Responsible for the functioning of Microsoft Windows systems under supervision, including on-premises
• Azure AD, DNS, ADFS, PKI, DFS, DHCP, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure High availability of customers' IT Infrastructure managed
• Perform Incident, Problem & Change Management using assigned Tools
• Ensure compliance with agreed SOWs
• Handle Technical Escalations received from the Customer
• Create SOPs ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and train internal teams
• Troubleshoot high-severity incidents & provide RCA
• Take initiatives in learning new Technologies & Tools
• Coordination with the customer on Incident resolutions & closure
• Perform diagnosis, troubleshoot, and conduct root-cause analysis in conjunction with the service team post-incident
• Document technical procedures and work instructions
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient understanding of global Active Directory Infrastructure, including design and implementation of
• Group Policy, domain consolidation for large-scale organizations
