**Hybrid | Glendale, CA**

Our client, a leader in the entertainment industry, has an exciting opportunity for an Airtable Product Manager.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $75 - $80 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Craft the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Automation Platform, ensuring it meets user needs and transforms work processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, research, and go-to-market teams to build intuitive and powerful platform capabilities.
  • Drive with a GM mentality from vision to market, owning the AI, automation, and integration strategy with full accountability for business outcomes.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies that communicate the value of innovations and work closely with marketing and sales to ensure successful adoption.
  • Engage directly with users to understand their automation challenges, conduct field research, and build relationships to inform product decisions.
  • Lead technical exploration by building rapid prototypes and experimental features to validate new AI concepts before full development.


Experience Requirements:
  • Key Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Airtable and its functionalities
    • Experience in product management and prioritization
    • Understanding of AI, automation, and integration strategies
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
    • Problem-solving and critical thinking
    • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Proven track record of successful product management in a tech environment
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications in product management or related areas (optional)


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
