Job Description:

Pay Range: $100.5hr - $105.5hr

Responsibilities:
  • XXgn, build, and maintain scalable Airtable bases and workflows that support cross-functional planning and tracking (goals, resources, staffing, tools, etc).
  • Conduct assessments of existing Airtable bases to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities.
  • Develop and standardize templates, dashboards, and reporting views to support scalable processes.
  • Build interfaces that allow users to easily visualize and manipulate staffing data (e.g., Airtable to Tableau / Keynote views).
  • Drive alignment and development of systems integration involving tools like Tableau, Workday, and Java/Python-based automations.
  • Help implement governance standards for Airtable access, data structures, and usage protocols.
  • Provide thought leadership on optimizing business operations through no-code/low-code platforms.
  • Support training, documentation, and enablement efforts to ensure teams can effectively adopt and scale Airtable-based solutions.
Required Professional Skills:
  • 5+ years in business analysis, systems design, or operations.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Airtable including base design, automations, interfaces, and advanced formulas.
  • Experience with other tools like Tableau, Keynote, Google Suite, and scripting languages a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to data modeling, UX, and long-term scalability.
  • Familiarity with cross-functional business environments (e.g., PMO, finance, recruiting).
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
