9+ years of Business Analysis or related experience

9+ years as a Pega Business Architect with minimum 3 years post-certification experience
Strong experience managing functional requirements throughout the SDLC
9+ years working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Experience documenting requirements, functional design, test cases, and training materials
Experience with enterprise-level configuration and deployment
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor s degree (4-year college) or equivalent technical education
Key Responsibilities
Act as liaison between Business and Technology teams
Gather and translate user stories into business requirements
Work with Product Owners, Stakeholders, ATCSU, and Lead BAs
Translate business vision into technical solutions
Participate in Agile sprints, sprint planning, and backlog reviews
Define acceptance criteria and support testing activities
Lead and mentor Business Analysts and Agile teams
Develop documentation, training materials, wireframes, and release notes
Identify and mitigate project risks
Lead client workshops and training sessions
Broad experience delivering software to customers
Business process modeling and change management
IT technical background
