Job Description
A Salesforce CRM Developer Lead includes leading technical aspects of Salesforce projects, designing and developing custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. This role also involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing development teams, and overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Required skills and qualifications
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and languages: Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
- Experience with Salesforce-specific clouds like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its data model, security model, and APIs.
- Experience with integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs and tools like MuleSoft.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
