Description
We are in search of a skilled IT Manager to become part of our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role involves managing the technical stack of the business, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing training to users to maximize the value of technology. This role provides a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Utilize your understanding of Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Dell Technologies, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to manage and develop IT systems
Provide strategic advice on the use of technology to meet business objectives
Oversee IT initiatives and collaborations with various staff members, utilizing your skills in Active Directory, Auditing, and Configuration Management
Develop IT systems and networks, ensuring effective architecture and functionality
Support the implementation of new technology
Provide technical user support for existing applications as needed
Use analytical skills to integrate business functions and resolve system problems
Monitor project efforts and report to management, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions
Strive to improve office support, identifying opportunities for improving service efficiency and effectiveness
Create ad-hoc queries and reports as needed
Install and configure workstations and network hardware
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements
Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required.
Must have a strong understanding of Cloud Technologies.
CRM knowledge and experience is mandatory.
Familiarity with Dell Technologies is necessary.
Must have experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
Active Directory skills are essential.
Auditing experience is required.
Proficiency in Backup Technologies is necessary.
Must have knowledge and experience in Computer Hardware.
Experience in Configuration Management is mandatory.
