Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and problems, and in cross-referencing business and functional requirements ensuring expectations are clearly understood and satisfied
- Work in partnership with the wider product team to create, prioritize and refine features and user stories from the product backlog for the scrum team, utilizing applicable artefacts and by ensuring there are enough "ready" stories to load the next 1-2 sprints
- Work with UI/UX designers to ensure the user interface designs best align with user needs and the overall vision for the application
- Partner with business stakeholders and the scrum team to ensure user stories are delivered in line with business requirements
- Participate in and support capacity planning as well as the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in conjunction with business stakeholders and technology management
- Collaborate with technology team members, end users, and other stakeholders in the testing of new software programs and applications, including the coordination of UAT
- Review, analyze, and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and features as well as develop testing strategies for improving or leveraging these systems
- Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, and end users
- Help form the vision, roadmap and goals for the application/projects they will be aligned to, working with business stakeholders and development teams globally, to deliver robust and sustainable business software solutions using agile techniques
- Responsible for ensuring requirements are appropriately understood, documented, owned, and actioned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information/Computer Science or related field
- Certification in Project Management/Business Analysis/Agile methodologies
- Previous experience using Jira and tools that support agile techniques
Pay range: $68.38 - $76.38
