Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer (Triage/Core/Apex/Sales Cloud)
Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Onsite)
Type: Contract | Only W2
Telecom domain experience is mandatory (Triage, Remedy, Defect Management).
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on, client-facing Senior Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Apex, LWC, and Sales Cloud, who can efficiently triage and remediate P1/P2 production defects. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and strong real-time production support capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and LWC components.
Support and troubleshoot Sales Cloud features (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, etc.).
Lead production defect triage, RCA, and implement permanent fixes.
Troubleshoot Apex logic, flows, integrations, and automation issues.
Work directly with clients for updates, escalations, and technical discussions.
Support deployments, QA testing, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Required Skills
6–10+ years of Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs).
Strong experience with Sales Cloud customization and automation tools (Flows, Validation Rules).
Hands-on production support experience for P1/P2 incidents.
Strong debugging, triage, and integration troubleshooting skills.
Excellent client-facing communication abilities.
Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Strong Telecom domain experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce PD1 required; PD2 preferred.
Experience with MuleSoft or external API integrations.
