What you get to do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, and design system teams—to craft scalable, intuitive user journeys and interfaces for internal enterprise applications.

  • Translate complex business requirements into engaging, user-centered UI/UX solutions with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Lead design presentations with clients, walk through concepts via PowerPoint, and iterate based on feedback.

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to support communication and testing across teams.

  • Conduct usability reviews and leverage both qualitative and quantitative research to inform designs.

  • Ensure accessibility, consistency, and scalability by contributing to and optimizing design systems.

  • Partner with remote development teams in a global environment.

What you need to succeed:

  • 3–5+ years of UX/UI design experience in a client-facing or consulting environment

  • Proven expertise in Adobe XD and enterprise-level web application design

  • Demonstrated ability to run client meetings and clearly present design rationale

  • Familiarity with the solution development lifecycle and design system implementation

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices

  • Experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments is a strong plus

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
